Getting Started
The best way to get started is by scheduling a consultation. During this one-on-one conversation, we’ll discuss your business, identify where you need support, and determine which services are the best fit for you.
Yes. A service agreement is required before getting started, and it will be based on the specific services you are requesting so expectations, scope of work, and terms are clearly outlined from the start.
Once your consultation is complete and your service agreement is finalized, services can typically begin within a reasonable timeframe based on availability and the type of support requested.
Pricing
Pricing depends on the type of service you choose. Hourly retainer support is billed based on time, while other services may have flat-rate pricing. All pricing and details will be clearly outlined during your consultation before moving forward.
Communication & Operations
Communication is clear, consistent, and based on what works best for the working relationship. This may include email, phone, text, or other agreed-upon methods to help keep everything organized and on track.
OpsAxis operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CST. Availability outside of these hours may be limited and is not guaranteed.
Most standard requests are completed within 1 business day whenever possible. Larger projects, more detailed tasks, or requests requiring additional coordination may require more time.
Rush or same-day requests may be available depending on current capacity and the nature of the request. Availability for urgent support is not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
